Goals and Vision
A group of local teachers, originally called the Brightwater Teacher Task Force, formed to create an effective Community Environmental Education Center to be jointly located at the proposed Brightwater wastewater treatment facility. The team concluded that the Center would fulfill three sometimes competing needs.
